Purchase or download of a Flytrap Digital product does not transfer ownership or copyright to the purchaser. It grants a limited licence to use the product only in accordance with the applicable product terms.

Prohibited Distribution

Flytrap Digital products may not be copied, shared, uploaded, redistributed, traded, sold, or otherwise made available to other people or websites without the express written permission of Flytrap Digital.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Uploading STL or other digital files to file-sharing, torrent, archive, or download websites.

• Sharing purchased files with friends, groups, clubs, or other individuals.

• Selling, trading, or giving away Flytrap Digital digital files.

• Making Flytrap Digital files available through subscription or download services.

• Reproducing or distributing our designs without permission.

• Circumventing any measures intended to restrict unauthorised access or distribution

 

Unauthorised copying or distribution may constitute copyright infringement and may result in the termination of your licence to use the affected products and/or further legal action where appropriate.
